The studio
A small studio in Al Rawdah, behind hundreds of nights people still talk about.
Haya, a Jeddah florist, founded Marjana in 2014. Today we are a team of 28 designers, florists and lighting crew. We draw every kosha before we build it, and choose our flowers ourselves every week.
In women’s halls our team is all women, from styling to pouring the coffee.

Four steps, from the first coffee to the last guest.
A clear plan and one planner who follows you from the start, so no detail is left for you to worry about.

Consultation
At the studio in Al Rawdah or on a video call. We listen: the family, the hall, the guest list and the feeling you want the night to have.
- 02
Within 7 days
Mood board
You receive a mood board, a kosha sketch, a floral palette and a quote itemised line by line. Two rounds of changes are included.
- 03
On the day
Setup day
Our crew builds the kosha, walkway, tables and lighting at the hall from the morning. In women’s halls, our women’s team handles every detail.
- 04
Until the last guest
Event night
Your planner stays from the first guest to the zaffa and the last cup of coffee, then we clear everything before morning.

How far ahead should we book?
For weddings, 3 to 6 months, and earlier for the Shawwal and summer seasons. A milka or engagement needs 3 to 4 weeks, and we sometimes take shorter notice when the calendar allows.
Do you work in any hall?
Yes, any hall, hotel or home in Jeddah, and in Makkah and Taif with a travel fee. We coordinate loading and installation times with the venue team.
Is your team women-only in women’s halls?
Yes. Styling inside the women’s hall, hospitality and your planner on the night are all from our women’s team, and heavy installation is finished before guests arrive.
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit holds the date, 50% is due when you approve the final design, and the rest a week before the event. We accept mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay and bank transfer. Prices include VAT.
Can we see the kosha before the day?
Yes, as a 3D render with your mood board, and you can see flower, fabric and charger samples at the studio.
Do you make invitations?
Yes: printed invitations with wax seals, and digital invitations with QR entry and RSVP tracking.

Visits are by appointment so we can give you our full attention. Bring photos of the hall and any idea you love, and we will have samples ready.
